SHIPPING
We can ship to over 52 destinations worldwide via International Courier. New Zealand Post has a target delivery of between 2-6 working days depending on location and requires a physical address (NOT PO BOX) as all orders sent require a signature as proof of delivery. Destinations not available via International Courier may be sent via Express Courier (at an additional cost).
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.
RETURNS
You may return defective products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any defective products must first be returned to Workshop Graphics at the buyers expense where it will be inspected and refunded or a new item sent out. Any product being returned must be in as new condition. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. This process can take up to 10 working days once we receive the defective product. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Once decals are applied, absolutely NO refunds can be made.
