DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN GRAPHICS?
Yes we produce all graphics 100% inhouse. This ensures graphics are of the highest quality and delivery times are kept to a minimum. We have a range of printers and cutters to ensure we meet deadlines wherever necessary.
I CANT SEE MY BIKE LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We make graphics for all late model MX bikes, we are continually adding to our online catalogue but if you cannot see your make and model please email us directly and we will do our best to help.
DO I HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE GRAPHICS KIT?, OR CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL PIECES?
Yes you can, you do not have to buy a complete kit just email us with what you want and we will make it happen. Need a replacement part, no problem email us, we can do this too.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A PROOF?
Once paid, you should receive a proof within 1-3 working days. Once the proof is approved your graphics should be on courier 2-3 days later.
DO YOU MAKE ONE OFF CUSTOM GRAPHIC KITS?
Yes we can make you a full one off custom kit. One off kits cost an additional $90 ex gst. You can email us any relevant information and we will be happy to look at it for you.
CAN I CUSTOMISE THE DESIGN SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes we can, these designs are fully customisable by you, let us know which kit and any changes or additions and we will send you a proof.
DO YOU SEND PROOFS PRIOR TO PRINTING?
All graphic work is proofed prior to any printing. Please be sure to check your proof carefully. We take no responsibility for errors spelling errors or omissions once signed off.
HOW LONG DOES THE GRAPHICS PROCESS TAKE?
In general we will proof all requests with in 48 hours. Once signed off and payment is received your graphics should be on courier within 48 hours. We courier worldwide, AU & US normally deliver within 4-6 business days. New Zealand orders are delivered overnight for North Island customers and 2 days for South Island clients.
CAN YOU SEND ME A PROOF BEFORE PAYMENT?
In general payment is required prior to any commencement of artwork, however this is assessed on a case by case basis. We can email you examples of previous work we have done, just let us know the Year/Make/Model of your bike.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO PAY?
We accept major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard via Paypal express or within New Zealand you can make an online deposit direct to our account. We do not have eftpos at this time.
DO YOU OFFER TRADE ACCOUNTS?
Yes we do, this is assessed on a case by case basis. Please email us directly with any trade enquiries.
CAN YOU COPY GRAPHICS IF I SEND YOU A PHOTO?
We cannot copy anyone else’s work but it is possible to use images as a idea of colour schemes or as a general guide.
CAN YOU PRINT ME A SET OF REDBULL GRAPHICS?
We are not able to print Red Bull logos unless you are a sponsored individual or part of a sponsored team, we can however print most other industry logos, Thor, Dunlop, etc.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer a flat shipping around NZ, AU & the rest of the world, this is calculated at checkout and varies depending on your location.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES?
We always try our best to meet any known deadlines however, we process orders on a first com first serve basis. Please be realistic when ordering graphics, and allow plenty of time to have your graphics before your race.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE SHIPPED?
Yes. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number and a link to the carriers website so you can track your parcel.

CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes. All our graphics come with full step-by-step installation instructions. If you require further assistance, please contact us and we can give you further advice.
DO YOU SELL PLASTICS?
Yes we do sell plastics. We offer RaceTech Plastics / Acerbis Plastics and Polisport Plastics kits, you can view and order them throughout our online store.
CAN YOU INSTALL GRAPHICS FOR ME?
We can install your graphics for a installation fee of $40 ex gst. We require the bike to be left with us for 1 day.
DO YOU HAVE ANY "OFF THE SHELF" GRAPHICS?
Sorry we make all graphics to order, we do not carry stock of any graphics.
